DESCRIPTION
RC-MB22B Masterbatch
RC-MB22B is a kind of intumescent flame retardant masterbatch which is suitable for polyolefin and thermoplastic
elastomers, such as PP and TPE-V. It can be not only molded by injection or extrusion directly mixing with PP
resins or LFT PP, SGF PP, TPE-V pellets, but also granulated with resin and other additives by twin screw extruder.
Compare to the powder flame retardant traditionally, RC-MB22B provides better dispersability and processability
to prevent the dust. The effective content of flame retardant is 75%.
APPLICTION
24-26wt% of MB22B can reach UL94 V-0 at 3.2mm for PP and 28-32wt% for UL94 V-0 at 1.6mm.26-28wt% of MB22B can reach UL94 V-0 at 3.2mm for SGF PP and 30-32wt% for UL94 V-0 at 1.6mm.
