Antioxidant RCA-1135
DESCRIPTION
Antioxidant RCA-1135, a sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant, is highly effcient, colorless or canary liquid stabilizer for organic substrates such as plastics, synthetic fibers, elastomers, adhesives, waxes, oils and fats. It has excellent compatibility and low volatility.
PROPERTY: Solube in benzene, acetone and chloroform, Ethyl acetate, Methanol,1,1-Dichloromethane, and Polyether Polyol, insoluble in water. The melting point is less than 10℃;

APPLICTION
•Ruichem AN-1135 is an excellent antioxidant for various polymers, especially for PU soft-foam rubber plate, it can prevent polybasic alcohol from creating peroxide during storage period, and prevent scorch during the process of froth. With low volatility and outstanding compatibility, it shows especially good effect during the process of forced air cooling of PU. This function can also prevent surface fogging of auto parts and fabrics coloring.
• The low volatility and liquid state of AN-1135 makes it especially suitable under the condition of liquid, latex, suspension, solution or melting polymerization .
• It is easy to be emusified, therefore can be dissolved, dispersed or kept pure liquid state.
• It can be added before, in the middle of, or after polymerization.
• The normal recommended dosage is 0.1%-0.5%..

• It can also be used as the light stable grades, blends of 1330 and HALS or combinations of HALS and UVA.
