Antioxidant RCA-1330
DESCRIPTION
Antioxidant RCA-1330, a sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant, is highly effcient, non discoloring primary stabilizer for organic substrates such as plastics, synthetic fibers, elastomers, adhesives, waxes, oils and fats. It has good extraction in hot water, low voltality. excellent dielectrical properties and high resistance to extraction. It can also be used as light stabilizer.
PRPOPERTY: Solube in toluene, acetone and chloroform, insoluble in water.

APPLICTION
• Ruichem AN-1330 is used in polyolefins e.g. Polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene for the stabilizagion of pipes, molded articles, wires and cables, dielectric films etc.
• It is used for PE and PP cable insulations and films because of the excellent dielectrical properties
• It is applied in engineering plastics like linear polyesters, polyamides, and styrene homo and copolymers.
• It may also be used in PVC, polyurethanes, elastomers, adhesives, and other organic substrates.
• The concentration:
Polyolefins:0.05-0.5%;
Hot melt adhesives: 0.1-0.5%;
Synthetic tackifier resins: 0.1-0.5% .
• It can also be used as the light stable grades, blends of 1330 and HALS or combinations of HALS and UVA.
