Antioxidant RCA-245
DESCRIPTION
Antioxidant RCA-245, a sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant, is highly effcient, non discoloring primary stabilizer for organic substrates such as plastics, synthetic fibers, elastomers, adhesives, waxes, oils and fats. It has good color stability, low volatity and exihibits high extraction resistance.
PROPERTY: Solube in benzene, acetone and chloroform, acetic acid, methanol, insoluble in water.

Package:20 kg with plastic bag in composite plastic woven sack, or according to customs’ requirements.
Storage: Keep tightly sealed and stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated area.

APPLICTION
• It is efficient in styrene polymers, particularly impact modified polystyrenes, ABS, MBS, SB and SBR-latices as well as in POM homo- and copolymers.
• It is also very useful for the stabilization of polyurethanes, polyamides, thermoplastics, PVC and other polymers.
• It also serve as end stopper of Chain in PVC polymerization.
• It has no effect on polymer reaction. When used for HIPS and PVC, it can be added into monomers before polymerization.
• The amount to be used may be 0.05%-0.5%..
